Real Stories, Real Confidence Restored

"Your kindness helped me more than I can fully express, and I am so grateful."

Dear Theresa,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the care and expertise you provided throughout skin graft treatment.

It’s hard to put into words just how much the graft affected my confidence. Because it was on my face, I often felt it was the first thing people noticeded when they looked at me. I found myself constantly thinking about it, worrying about how visible it was, and feeling incredibly self-conscious.

I tried everything I could to cover it. I sought advice from various specialists and experimented with countless makeup products, hoping to find something that would make it less noticeable. Nothing worked. I would often wear my hair down in an attempt to hide it. Despite all my efforts, I remained very aware of it, and it became emotionally exhausting. My dermatologist Dr David Berman from the Berman Skin Institute thought you would be the best person to help me, and he was right!

You made me feel seen beyond my graft and understood how deeply it affected me. Your kindness helped me more than I can fully express, and I am so grateful.

From our very first consultation, you took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure.. Your honesty and thoughtfulness helped me feel informed, reassured, and confident moving forward. The three procedures themselves went smoothly, and I deeply appreciated your honesty as to how Id look at each stage.

Thanks to your skill and attention to detail, I am beyond delighted with the outcome. What once made me feel so self-conscious has been transformed, and I now feel comfortable and confident going out in public again. That change has meant more to me than words can fully express.

I deeply appreciate your professionalism, kindness, and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing similar care.

With heartfelt thanks,

Sue D.

Dermink in the Media

For more than a decade, Dermink and its founder, Dr Theresa Bush, have been featured in public, fashion, professional, and medical publications, reflecting the growing recognition of medical micropigmentation and skin camouflage.

Dermink was featured as early as 2012 by ELIXIR, highlighting Dr Bush’s work in medical micropigmentation and its application in concealing scars, burns, stretch marks, pigmentation concerns and other visible skin conditions.

Dermink has also received public attention through independent media and patient-focused features discussing its approach to skin camouflage and stretch-mark pigmentation. Medical micropigmentation has also become increasingly recognised within mainstream healthcare, including NHS services and medical literature, as a technique used for reconstructive and cosmetic skin pigmentation. Together, these features reflect Dermink’s long-standing involvement in the field and its commitment to helping people improve the appearance of visible skin concerns while supporting confidence and wellbeing.
